Report Pantry provides forecasting tools and information about revenue analytics services.

Website content is general information and is not financial, accounting, tax, investment, or legal advice.

Revenue Forecast Template

The Revenue Forecast Template is a downloadable Excel workbook sold as a one-time digital product.

The product page describes the supported inputs, software environment, forecasting structure, calculation conventions, and known limitations. Please review those requirements before purchasing.

Forecasts are estimates based on historical information and assumptions. No forecast can guarantee future revenue, subscriber counts, churn, or other business outcomes.

License

One purchase grants the purchaser a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for internal use by one business or organization.

The purchaser may:

• use and modify the workbook for its own internal business planning;
• make internal working copies;
• allow its employees, contractors, and professional advisers to use the workbook solely on its behalf.

The purchaser may not:

• resell, redistribute, publish, sublicense, or share the template outside the purchasing organization;
• present the template as its own product;
• use it to create or deliver a forecasting template, product, or paid forecasting service for third parties without written permission from Report Pantry.

The purchaser retains ownership of its own data and may use forecasts and other outputs generated from that data for its business purposes.

Report Pantry retains ownership of the template, documentation, design, formulas, frameworks, and underlying materials.

Product support

Product support covers defects in the supplied template and documentation.

It does not include:

• custom setup;
• data preparation;
• customization;
• business-specific modeling;
• interpretation of your forecast;
• ongoing operation of the workbook.

Professional services

Descriptions of Greenlight, Custom Revenue Forecast, Revenue Playbook, Stay Green, Build, or other professional services are informational.

No professional-services engagement is created through this website or through purchase of the template.

If Report Pantry offers professional services in the future, that work will be governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, fees, timing, deliverables, and support.

No guarantee of results

The template depends on the accuracy and completeness of the information entered and on assumptions about future conditions.

Report Pantry does not guarantee forecast accuracy or any business, financial, or operational result.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Report Pantry is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the website or template.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Report Pantry’s total liability relating to the template will not exceed the amount paid for the template giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.

Checkout and payment

Template purchases are processed by the checkout provider shown at checkout.

The checkout provider handles payment processing and may have additional terms and privacy practices that apply to the transaction.

Gumroad terms

Changes

We may update these Terms prospectively as the product or site changes.

The version applicable to a purchase is the version published when that purchase was made.
