The person behind Report Pantry
Meet Abi.
A hands-on approach to your revenue questions.
I’m Abisola “Abi” Ayiloge, the founder of Report Pantry. I've spent more than a decade working across digital analytics, eCommerce, recurring revenue, forecasting, and business intelligence.
My focus is practical: definitions that line up, assumptions that are easy to find, and models a team can understand and update.
Report Pantry brings that experience into forecasting workbooks and custom revenue models, with clear documentation and a defined handoff.
Why it exists
Why Report Pantry exists.
Before you plan next year, it helps to agree on last month.
When reports use different definitions, a simple revenue question can take more work than expected. Forecasts are harder to review when the assumptions behind them are unclear.
Report Pantry focuses on making those foundations visible: what the numbers mean, how they connect, and what the forecast depends on. The goal is to spend less time retracing calculations and more time deciding what to do next.
Clear numbers. Visible assumptions. A plan you can explain.
What we believe
Principles that show up in the work.
- Start with reliable inputs. Check what the numbers mean before building a forecast around them.
- Keep assumptions visible. Make it easy to see what a forecast depends on.
- Put percentages in context. Show the dollar impact when the data supports it.
- Explain changes where the evidence supports them. Separate measured drivers, assumptions, and what remains uncertain.
- Be clear about limits. Say when information is missing or history cannot support validation.
- Build for handoff. Deliver documented tools and logic your team can use.
Let's make the next step clearer.
