Information you give us

If you use the contact form or email us, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, company, website, optional product or service interest, and message.

Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, or individual customer records through the contact form or ordinary email.

Forecast Readiness

The Forecast Readiness assessment runs in your browser.

Your individual answers are not submitted to Report Pantry, placed in the page URL, or stored in cookies, local storage, or session storage.

The site does not currently use analytics to record your readiness result.

Purchases

Purchases of the Revenue Forecast Template are completed through the checkout provider.

The checkout provider processes the payment and billing information required to complete the transaction under its own terms and privacy policy.

Report Pantry may receive order information needed to deliver and support the purchase, such as your name, email address, product purchased, transaction details, and order reference.

Report Pantry does not receive your full payment-card number.

Hosting and contact forms

Reportpantry.com is hosted through Netlify.

Contact-form submissions may be processed through Netlify’s form infrastructure and delivered to Report Pantry.

Business email is handled through Microsoft 365/Outlook.

These providers may process technical, account, or message information needed to provide their services under their own privacy terms.

Analytics and advertising

Report Pantry does not currently use advertising technology or behavioral advertising on this site.

Site analytics are currently disabled.

If analytics are enabled in the future, this policy will be updated before that change is used to collect additional information.

Cookies and technical information

Report Pantry does not intentionally set advertising or analytics cookies on the marketing site.

Hosting and security providers may process standard technical information such as IP address, browser information, request data, or server logs as part of operating and protecting their services.

When you follow a link to the checkout provider, that provider’s own cookies and privacy practices apply on its service.

How we use information

We use information we receive to:

• respond to inquiries;
• provide purchased products;
• provide product support;
• maintain business and transaction records;
• prevent misuse or fraud;
• comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information to advertisers.

Retention

We retain inquiry and support correspondence only as long as reasonably needed for the conversation, business administration, dispute handling, or legal obligations.

Transaction and accounting records may be retained for periods required by tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or other legal obligations.

Checkout, hosting, and email providers maintain their own records under their policies.

Your requests

You may contact hello@reportpantry.com to ask what personal information Report Pantry holds about you, request a copy or correction, or request deletion.

We will review the request and explain the next steps, including any information we or our providers need to retain for legal or business-recordkeeping purposes.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under applicable law.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the information we handle, but no internet service or method of storage can be guaranteed completely secure.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site, providers, or business practices change.

The current version will be posted on this page.
