Refunds

We do not offer refunds because you changed your mind, no longer need the template, do not have enough history to use it, use unsupported spreadsheet software, need a feature the template does not include, or receive a forecast result you did not expect.

If something is wrong with the workbook

If the supplied workbook does not operate according to its documented logic, email hello@reportpantry.com within 14 calendar days of purchase with your order reference and enough information for us to reproduce the issue.

A product defect includes:

• a formula that produces an incorrect result from valid inputs;
• a calculation that contradicts the documented logic;
• a broken workbook reference or supplied file;
• documentation that describes functionality the template does not contain.

We will first try to reproduce and correct the confirmed defect.

If a material defect prevents normal use of the template and we cannot provide a corrected file within 10 business days after receiving the information needed to reproduce it, you may request a refund of the purchase price.

Customization, data preparation, business-specific modeling, review of your assumptions or forecast, and additions to the template are not product defects.

An unexpected forecast result is also not automatically a defect. Product support determines whether the workbook is functioning according to its documented logic.

Refunds are processed through the checkout provider. This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable law or any refund the checkout provider is required to issue.

Email hello@reportpantry.com with:

• your order reference;
• the worksheet and cell or figure involved;
• what happened;
• what you expected instead.

Please remove personal or customer information from screenshots and do not send passwords or payment details.
